The Supernatural Church will be hosting "Friday Night Prayers" at the Knightdale Lion's Club every Friday starting September 25th at 7:30 PM. The focus of Friday Night Prayers is to restore Christians back in relationship with God through prayer, and to reignite fervency back to prayer. Looking for a place to power walk, have a leisurely stroll, picnic, relax, enjoy, and be close to nature? The Knightdale Environmental Park is located behind Knightdale Town Hall and East Regional Library. The park offers a half-mile walking trail, picnic shelters, four environmental sculptures and two observation overlooks on the pond.  The park was recently certified as a Backyard Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation.

Located next to the Town Hall, Harper Park is a wonderful children’s park—swings, slides, etc.—to enjoy! Several covered picnic shelters are also available for your enjoyment. Map

The Parks and Recreation Department provides 5 canoe launches along 17 miles of the Neuse River starting at the Falls Lake Dam. The access points are designed for paddle-craft and are open from sunrise to sunset. Below are the five canoe access launches located on the shores of the Neuse River with gravel driveways and year round access!

Anderson Point Park offers a wealth of family activities, including miles of Greenway trails, playgrounds, wildlife watching, plus much much more.  The playground (just a short walk from the upper parking lot) is located near a large open playing field, a picnic shelter, restroom facilities and features swings, slides, a sand play area, and other play equipment. Come on out and enjoy a wonderful afternoon with the family.  This park is open daily from dawn to dusk.
